The Yosemite Film Festival is a non-traditional film festival and awards competition created as a platform to provide worthy films and filmmakers with recognition for their filmmaking and screenwriting achievements.  Films are not physically screened for the public.

Once the Judges have concluded the judging process, winners are announced publicly on this website, via targeted email blast, our social networks, and to the international film and entertainment media through our annual international press release.

The Yosemite Film Festival, as it has in years past, and at its sole discretion, may also opt to hold a formal awards ceremony in Yosemite where winners receive awards in person at a formal dinner and award ceremony.

The Festival kindly asks that any awards won be mentioned in the projects' promotional materials, although it is not a requirement.

Entry fee is nonrefundable.

For preview purposes please send on DVD (NTSC preferred).

Filmmaker will assume shipping costs to the festival.

Titles produced in languages other than English must have legible English subtitles.

The selection committees' and juries' decisions are final.

Foreign entrants must assume all responsibility for clearing films and videotapes through U.S. and foreign customs officials.

Yosemite International Film Festival reserves the right to make any necessary changes in regulations or scheduling.
